Portfolio

Work that makes complex ideas credible

Two tracks: live websites for technical products, and brand identity taken from strategy to brand book. The websites below are running live, so click any card to explore it properly.

Prospeer logotype and logomark
Prospeer mark construction grid
Prospeer app icon in use
Prospeer brand graphics system
Prospeer social story templates
Prospeer wordmark construction

One system carried from the wordmark and mark construction through to the app icon, social templates and graphic language, so every surface reads as the same company.

The process

Two tracks.
Run them together or on their own.

This is not a template we send to everyone. Emerald now describes itself in four words, early-stage deep tech, and the firm has moved faster than the site that went up in 2021. The good news is that the best material is already written: partners who built American Rock Salt into the largest salt mine in the US, partners investing a substantial share of their own capital, and deal flow from Johns Hopkins, MIT, Columbia, NYU and CERN. Most of this work is putting that story where a founder or an LP sees it first, in an identity and a site your team owns.

The branding and the website are independent. If you take both, branding runs first so the site is designed in the new identity from day one. If you take only the website, we design it inside your current brand.

About 4 weeks

Brand identity

01
Week 1

Discovery & Positioning

A working session with you on how Emerald should be read by founders, LPs and university partners, plus a review of how comparable deep tech funds present themselves. Everything after this is built on what you approve here.

02
Weeks 1-2

Creative Direction

Visual directions shown in use on real Emerald material, a portfolio page, an LP update, a founder announcement, rather than in the abstract. You choose the one we take forward.

03
Weeks 2-3

Visual Identity

Logo and mark, colour palette, typography, and the graphic elements that hold the system together. Refined until it works as well on an LP report as it does on a phone screen.

04
Week 4

Brand Book

Usage rules for logo, colour, type, imagery and tone, with export-ready assets and source files. Written so your team, the portfolio and the press can apply it without asking.

Website, designed and built in Webflow

05
Week 1

Story & Sitemap

The full page list and one narrative across the site, agreed before design starts: what each page says, in what order, and which reader it serves first. You approve this. No surprises.

06
Weeks 1-2

Landing Page Design

The homepage sets the direction for everything else. Designed at desktop, tablet and mobile, and built as components in Figma so every page after it inherits the same look.

07
Scales with pages

Inner Pages Design

Every remaining page on the sitemap, portfolio, team, approach, news, designed to match. This is the stage that grows with the size of the site.

08
Scales with pages

Webflow Build & Launch

Pixel-perfect build of every approved page, with the custom animations you choose, responsive and QA'd. Domain connected, then a handover session so your team can publish on its own.

The website timeline depends on how many pages the site has. A landing page on its own takes about two weeks. A full site takes longer, and depending on the page count it can run past 30 days. We lock the page list in week one and send you a dated plan that same week, so you know the launch date before design starts. Throughout, a Loom walkthrough lands every 24 to 48 hours, so feedback arrives while the work is still moving. These dates are indicative. They assume feedback lands inside the agreed windows, and additional revision rounds beyond those will move the timeline accordingly. If anything is going to shift, you will hear it from us the day it comes up, not after the date has passed.

How we work

How we work

Common questions

Yes. They are scoped and priced separately for exactly that reason. On its own, the website is designed inside your current identity. Because it is built as components, bringing it into a new identity later is a contained job, not a rebuild.

That is the point of moving to Webflow. Your team edits text, images and pages in a visual editor without breaking the layout. We finish with a handover session so the site keeps pace with the firm, not with a developer's calendar.

The founders of 925 Studios. We are your point of contact from the first call to launch, and we stay in the work throughout, reviewing every stage and joining every call. You are never handed off to an account manager or a junior team.

We fit into whatever you already use, Slack, email or calls, so there is no agency process to adopt. You get a Loom walkthrough every 24 to 48 hours, so you always know where the work stands.

Unlimited revisions within each stage. We keep going until you are happy with the direction, the identity, the landing page and the build. The only constraint is the calendar, which is why feedback windows are agreed upfront.

Everything. The brand book and every source file, the Figma files, and the Webflow project with full editing access. Nothing is locked behind us, and you can add pages or hand it to another team whenever you want.

Investment

Branding and website, priced separately

Two independent pieces of work. Take either one on its own, or both, in which case the branding runs first.

Option 01

Brand Identity

Strategy to brand book, in about four weeks.

Complete brand identity, including the brand book$5,000
Split 50% / 30% / 20% across the project
  • Discovery and positioning session
  • Creative directions, shown in use
  • Logo and mark system
  • Colour palette and typography
  • Graphic elements and imagery direction
  • Brand book with usage rules
  • Export-ready assets and all source files
  • Unlimited revisions within each stage
  • Dedicated Slack channel and Loom walkthroughs
Option 02

Website, Design + Webflow

Priced per page, timeline set by the sitemap.

Landing page design$3,000
Landing page development in Webflow$1,500
Custom animations$550/ animation
Additional pages, design$450/ page
Additional pages, development$100/ page
Split 50% / 30% / 20% across the project
  • Story and sitemap, approved before design
  • Every page designed at desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Reusable component system in Figma
  • Responsive Webflow build with QA
  • Handover so your team edits without a developer
  • Unlimited revisions within each stage
  • You own the Figma file and the Webflow project

Priced per line so the website matches the pages you actually need. Basic scroll and hover animation is already part of the build; each custom animation is a bespoke interaction priced at $550, so you choose how many the site needs. Final scope is confirmed on the kickoff call, and pricing is adjusted for any integrations, third-party tools, or custom development beyond a standard Webflow build.
